The Role As a Senior Associate, you will engage in a broad range of responsibilities and gain extensive exposure to various aspects of funds work, including:
Drafting and negotiating key fund documents such as limited partnership agreements, PPM\’s, and subscription documents.
Leading fund formation processes for private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, and credit funds.
Providing regulatory advice on matters like AIFMD and financial promotions.
Mentoring junior associates and playing a role in shaping the team’s business development efforts.
Your Profile 4-6 PQE in funds (Common law candidates are also welcomed)
Solid experience in drafting and negotiating essential fund documents and managing closed‑ended fund formations.
A strong grasp of fund structures, relevant regulations, and financial laws.
Proven ability to handle client relationships and intricate transactions effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to business development.
Strong academic background and a knack for problem-solving.
