Network Engineer for Hands and feet support at N Consulting LtdDate: 12.05.2025 Scope of Work – Tasks to be Covered Verify & Validatethe Bill of Materials (active & passive components). Receive and Inspectnetwork equipment (switches, APs, controllers, firewalls). Rack and Stackdevices in designated positions as per the layout plan. Cable Management:Identify and labelnetwork cablesfor installation. Power Setup:Verifyavailable PDU socketsand install redundant power sources if required. Provide Console Accessfor Infosys remote engineers to configure the devices. Physically replace & install network devices , including: •Switches(Core, Distribution, and Access Switches) •Wireless Access Points(Ceiling/Wall Mounted) Cable Patching: • Performinter-rack & intra-rack patchingwith copper and fiber cables. • Ensureneat dressing and labelingof cables inside the racks. Swapping Connections:Migrate endpoint connections from old to new switches. Testing:Conductpower-on and connectivity testsfor all installed devices. User Acceptance Testing (UAT):Work with on-site contacts to verify device functionality. Document Installation & Spare Materials:Submit a list of installed devices and leftover materials.
