Opening for Healthcare Services Manager in Qatar Government HospitalOverview:We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated *Healthcare Services Manager* to oversee and lead Clinical Care Services programs, with a strong emphasis on cancer care. This role is ideal for a professional with a solid background in healthcare administration and proven leadership in clinical service management. Key Responsibilities:Lead, develop, and manage Clinical Care Services programs, with a focus on oncology/cancer care.Oversee daily operations, ensuring service quality, compliance, and patient-centered care.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.Develop strategic initiatives for continuous improvement in healthcare service provision.Monitor and report on program performance, patient satisfaction, and key performance indicators.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s Degree in a Healthcare-related fieldNon-Healthcare Bachelor’s Degree plus a Master’s Degree in a Healthcare-related fieldExperience:Minimum 8 years in healthcare administration (cancer care focus), with *at least 3 years* in managing Clinical Care Services programsMinimum 10 years in healthcare administration (cancer care focus), with at least 5 years in managing Clinical Care Services programs (required for candidates with Non-Healthcare Bachelor\’s + Healthcare Master’s)If interested please share your cv on jmsmedical@jesseena.com
