What you will do:
- Manage complex Adult Mental Health cases and complete statutory Care Act tasks, including assessments, reviews, and care planning.
- Work closely with multi-disciplinary professionals and participate in S117 meetings, ward rounds, and Mental Health Tribunals.
- Engage with Housing and brokerage services for effective case handling.
- Handle Court of Protection applications and conduct Safeguarding Enquiries.
- Carry out duty work and prioritise workloads efficiently to handle the unique challenges of mental health social work.
