This is an exceptional opportunity to develop a long-term career with a firm known for its commitment to client care, collaborative working, and professional development.The RoleThe successful candidate will handle a varied caseload, including:
- Divorce and financial remedy proceedings
- Private law children matters
- Domestic abuse injunctions
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation matters
- Opportunities to be involved in surrogacy, international family law, and complex financial matters
They will also conduct their own advocacy in children and financial hearings, and domestic abuse applications. The Ideal Candidate
- 1-5 years PQE in family law
- Solid experience managing a caseload and undertaking advocacy
- Demonstrated commitment to high client care standards
- Strong interest in business development and confident at networking
- Existing client following or active local professional network (advantageous)
- Interest in or experience with NCDR methods (training opportunities available)
- Empathetic, driven, and team-orientated
