This role is focused on: Shaping Canva’s global rewards strategy – Own the vision and execution of our reward programs, ensuring they align with Canva’s mission and business goals while keeping our team excited and motivated. Leading and growing a high-performing team – Inspire, coach, and develop our talented reward managers and analysts, nurturing a culture of excellence and innovation. Innovating compensation and benefits – Bring your expertise to design reward programs that reflect the diversity of our global team and keep us ahead of the curve in a constantly evolving market. Partnering with leadership to drive success – Collaborate with C-suite leaders to offer strategic insights that directly impact business decisions and help us attract and retain top talent.
