I am currently recruiting on behalf of an automotive OEM, based in Crewe, who are seeking a Manufacturing Trainer to join their team

Job Description

As Manufacturing Trainer, your main responsibilities are:

• Identify learning and development needs at individual/group level:
• Ability to determine appropriate audience.
• Identify the appropriate method of delivery.
• Agree timescales and budget.
• Identify return on investment opportunities

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Demonstrable experience of identifying learning needs.
• Demonstrable experience of delivering/presenting to a range of audiences.
• Clear, concise and assertive communication skills.
• Understanding of Manufacturing processes and methods.
• Recognised learning and development/HR/coaching qualification
• Relevant Lean Manufacturing qualification desirable.
