Mediplacements are recruiting for an experienced band 6 Biomedical Scientist in Biochemistry for a locum role with our client located in London.

The pay for this position is £30 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration.

The hours for this role will be 8am – 9pm (working 7.5hrs per day).

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests, including routine and specialized tests in the Biochemistry Department
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards
• Interpret results accurately and provide reports to medical staff
• Maintain accurate records of tests performed, results obtained and equipment used
• Troubleshoot, calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments

The successful candidate must be HCPC registered and have experience in Biochemistry.
