Job Title: Process Improvement AnalystLocation: Manchester (Hybrid, 3 days per week in office)Employment Type: Full-time, PermanentIndustry: Financial ServicesAbout the RoleA leading global investment and asset management firm is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to join its European Quality Assurance and Operations function. The role will focus on delivering process excellence across key business areas, using data-led insight and industry-recognised methodologies to drive measurable improvement.This is a strategic position for a candidate with strong process optimisation experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across operations, compliance, and service teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead process improvement initiatives from scoping through to implementationIdentify inefficiencies and design scalable solutions to improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance client outcomesUse operational data and metrics to evaluate performance and measure the impact of changesProduce detailed process documentation including process maps, requirements, and gap analysesWork with cross-functional teams to embed new processes, ensuring business readiness and adoptionSupport change management and training initiatives as part of process rolloutsProvide guidance and coaching to stakeholders involved in continuous improvement activityCandidate RequirementsMinimum 5 years\’ experience in process improvement or business operations rolesBackground in financial services, ideally within asset management or investment platformsFamiliarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile frameworks (certification preferred)Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior internal clientsStrong analytical capabilities and ability to interpret and act on performance dataExperience creating structured documentation to support change deliveryPreferred ExperienceLean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black BeltExposure to regulated environments (FCA or equivalent)Experience working with platform operations, fund administration, or back-office functions
