Senior School Officer - Admin Lead

Lead, Organise, Elevate – Be the Heart of a Creative School CommunitySANZA Teaching Agency is working with a vibrant and welcoming Catholic primary school in Brent to recruit an exceptional Senior School Officer / Admin Lead for a September 2025 start.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering £40,000 per annum for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and ready to make a real difference behind the scenes.

The Role:

• Oversee the daily operations of the school office

• Manage HR, admissions, attendance, finance systems, and communications

• Liaise confidently with parents, staff, governors, and external partners

• Work closely with the Headteacher and SLT to ensure smooth day-to-day running

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a senior admin or office manager role, ideally within education

• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

• Strong IT and systems knowledge (e.g. SIMS, Arbor, MS Office)

• Calm, professional manner with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
