Job Opportunity: RNLD/RMN – 3-Month Contract Contract Length: 3 Months Pay Rate: £320pd Start Date: ASAP Are you a Band 7 RNLD or RMN looking for work in London? We are supporting a client in the London area with a S117 Joint Funding project that requires additional resource. This is a hybrid role although you will need to be available for face to face visits. Day to Day Duties: Deliver care plans and interventions. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including social workers and healthcare professionals. Monitor and assess client progress, ensuring their health and well-being. Provide support with activities of daily living, promoting independence and choice.
