The Role: What Youll Do

• Own and lead the entire food operation
• Inspire, develop, and work side-by-side with your kitchen team
• Deliver consistent quality through fresh, well-sourced ingredients
• Maintain top-notch kitchen standards and compliance
• Take responsibility for managing costs, stock, and suppliers
• Partner with the General Manager to plan events and future food strategy
