Key Responsibilities: Lead financial aspects of transactions, including tax-efficient structuring, financial due diligence, and fund flow preparation. Oversee outsourced accounting functions, review financial statements, and ensure accurate investor reporting. Manage fund cash flow, review intercompany transactions, and collaborate with the treasury team on financing. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, manage tax reporting, and oversee governance of fund structures. Act as the key finance contact for investors, auditors, and service providers. Manage and mentor junior team members, driving process improvements and operational efficiencies. Skills: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with around 8 years of post-qualification experience. Strong experience in real estate investment finance and knowledge of IFRS/local GAAP. Expertise in financial modelling, taxation, and investor reporting. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with investors, banks, and service providers.
