Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Hale, assisting them in the search for an experienced Business Services Manager. As Business Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of statutory accounts, management accounts, VAT, and advisory services, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied portfolio of business services clients
  • Reviewing and preparing statutory and management accounts
  • Overseeing VAT returns and general bookkeeping
  • Providing business advice and support to clients
  • Supporting and developing junior team members
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities

Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in accounts preparation and client management
  • Proven ability to lead and support a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
