We\’re passionate about building confidence in the water and delivering expert-led lessons to swimmers across London.The RoleWe are currently looking for experienced and enthusiastic Part-Time Swimming Instructors to join our team at GRL SWM. We operate in various locations across East, South East, South West, Central, and West London, and will match instructors to venues based on proximity and availability. As a Swimming Instructor with GRL SWM, you\’ll lead engaging and effective swim sessions for adults, creating a positive, safe, and encouraging environment. You\’ll be part of a supportive and professional self-employed team that’s focused on building water confidence, developing skills, and prioritising safety at every level.ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging and safe swim lessons to individuals and small groupsAdapt lessons to suit a range of ages and skill levelsMonitor swimmers’ progress and provide clear, constructive feedbackEnsure a safe environment by following health and safety proceduresRepresent the GRL SWM ethos of empowerment, inclusion, and skill developmentWhat We\’re Looking ForQualified swimming instructor (STA, ASA Level 2 or equivalent)Valid NPLQ or NRASTC is a plusAt least 1 year of teaching experience preferredPunctual, reliable, and confident working independentlyFriendly, motivating, and inclusive teaching styleBased in London with flexibility to travel to nearby locationsOpen to being photographed/filmed for social media content PerksCompetitive hourly rate Flexible working hours to fit around other commitmentsWork with a growing, purpose-driven brandSafeguarding training providedSupportive and passionate team environmentPlease submit your CV and a brief message letting us know where in London you\’re based and your availability.
