Payments Program Manager

Job Description:

We’re hiring a Senior Program Manager – Payment to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic technology initiatives in the payments space. If you’re a pro at managing complex programs, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving results in banking and payments – we want to talk to you!

What You’ll Do:

• Drive the delivery of large-scale payments programs (SEPA, SWIFT, CHAPS, RTP)
• Partner with engineering, product & business teams
• Establish governance, risk, and reporting frameworks
• Track KPIs, ensure compliance, and manage vendor relationships

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in program governance & stakeholder management
• Strong payments expertise within the banking domain
