The successful candidate will take ownership of multiple projects, managing contracts from start to finish, ensuring compliance, quality, and safety throughout.Do you have what it takes?* 3+ years of experience in the fire stopping and passive fire protection industry* Strong technical understanding of fire door systems and regulatory compliance* Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple live projects* Excellent communication and organisational skills* A proactive, professional, and hands-on approachIf the answer is yes – we want to hear from you.KeyResponsibilities* Oversee and manage contracts for fire stopping and fire door installations across various sites* Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, materials, and logistics to maintain smooth operations* Conduct site surveys, inspections, and quality checks to ensure compliance with all regulations and manufacturer specifications* Complete and manage all required RAMS, safety documentation, and CPD records* Maintain strong communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams* Monitor budgets, deadlines, and health & safety performance* Lead progress meetings and provide regular updates tostakeholdersRequirements* NVQ Level 3 in Fire Stopping (essential)* Minimum 3 years of experience in fire protection / fire stopping contracts management* FIRAS or Q-Mark accreditation (desirable)* Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)* Strong knowledge of current building regulations and fire safety legislation* Excellent time management and attention to detail* Willingness to travel across the UK, including sites in the Midlands and LondonWhat’s on Offer* Competitive salary based on experience* Company vehicle or car allowance* Career development and progression opportunities* Ongoing training and CPD support (including SMSTS and FIRAS)* Supportive and professional working environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
