Proposition Manager – Fintech Lender

We’re hiring on behalf of an ambitious UK lender, who are looking for an Proposition Manager to help shape and refine their product offering.

This is a great opportunity for someone analytically minded who enjoys working with data, spotting trends, and helping turn insight into action.

What you’ll be doing:

• Tracking the competition and identifying opportunities to stand out
• Analysing product performance and customer behaviour to inform improvements
• Managing product listings on sourcing systems and keeping everything accurate and up to date
• Supporting product changes and new propositions from idea through to launch
• Collaborating with teams across sales, operations, compliance and risk

What we’re looking for:

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Good attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Clear communicator who’s comfortable working across different teams
• Previous experience in financial services, product, or analytics is a plus
