We're partnering with a leading insurance organisation undergoing a major digital transformation, and we're looking for an experienced Digital Optimisation Consultant to join the team. This role will be a pivotal part of their digital product portfolio leading on continuous improvement.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, designing, and delivering process improvements and digital enhancements across the organisation. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, applying your expertise in Agile methodologies, process design, and emerging digital technologies such as RPA and intelligent automation to streamline operations and enhance customer and employee experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support end-to-end digital optimisation initiatives, from discovery to implementation.
  • Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and digital transformation.
  • Align optimisation strategies with strategic business goals and oversee change management adoptions of process improvements.
  • Design future-state processes using tools like RPA, workflow automation, and intelligent document processing.
  • Collaborate with product owners, SMEs, and delivery teams in an Agile environment to prioritise and execute initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of an automation strategy that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
  • Champion continuous improvement and promote digital thinking across business units.
  • Support change and transformation efforts, ensuring solutions are scalable, sustainable, and user-centric.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Digital Optimisation Consultant, Business Analyst, or Transformation Lead in a complex environment.
  • Deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and experience working in cross-functional squads or project teams.
  • Strong background in process design, business process reengineering (BPR), or Lean/Six Sigma.
  • Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of RPA tools (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism), intelligent automation, and digital platforms.
  • Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
  • Insurance or financial services experience is a strong advantage.
