Responsibilities include: – Rigging and operating high-end vision systems for a range of corporate and live events – Leading teams of freelance technicians and ensuring professional delivery – Communicating clearly with clients, suppliers, venue staff, and crew – Maintaining and prepping AV equipment in the warehouse – Supporting the Head of Vision with ongoing development and innovation in the department – Assisting other technical departments when needed – Driving and delivering equipment using company vehicles 🎯 What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone with a passion for precision and performance, and ideally: – 2+ years of experience as an AV Technician, particularly in corporate events – Hands-on experience with Barco Event Master, presentation switchers, modular LED screens, and Panasonic projectors – Skilled in video playback, live streaming, and video communication tools – A calm, capable presence under pressure, with a solution-focused mindset – Strong teamwork and leadership skills, with excellent attention to detail – A customer-first attitude and professional presentation – A full UK Driving License and access to personal transport 💡 Why Join Us?
