With a cult following of celebrities including Rihanna, Zoe Kravitz, Julianne Moore, Jennifer Lawrence and Charlize Theron to name just a few, the brand is the leading destination for influencers, industry insiders and tastemakers around the world.We are looking for an exceptional full-time Sales Associate, to join our brand in our fun and fast-paced concession in the West End of London.If you are a fashion forward individual with retail experience, preferably in the luxury sector, you could be just the person to join our team.We are looking for someone who can:Provide an excellent level of customer service at all timesAdvise on appropriate types of jewelry and suitable combinations of piercingsProcess sales with the highest level of accuracyDeliver detailed explanation of piercing aftercare to clientsDrive sales by increasing average spending and customer retentionLiaise with the sales team and piercers to offer excellent styling advice to clientsBe a brand ambassador and demonstrate excellent brand knowledgeSupport VM standards in storeWe offer a competitive salaries and the potential to earn exceptional sales commission, with prospects for career development with the brand.
