We’re working with a high-growth SaaS company looking for an Account Executive within the MarTech space. While most platforms cater to B2C, this company has built a cutting-edge solution tailored for the B2B space – helping clients prove ROI, scale employee advocacy, and make social measurable.
About the Role:
As an Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle, working consultatively with marketing leaders to uncover pain points and deliver tailored solutions. You’ll collaborate with a tight-knit SDR, marketing, and product team, and have a direct hand in shaping growth strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive outbound and inbound pipeline to close high-value deals
- Run discovery sessions, present tailored demos, and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize deal success
- Help influence product roadmap through client feedback
- Represent the brand at industry events and client meetings
Job requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, consistently beating quota
- Consultative, value-based selling approach; Sandler experience a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset-self-motivated, resourceful, and growth-driven
- Excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Passion for digital marketing, social media, and customer success
