In addition to the competitive salary, there are also benefits on tap – including…\\n\\nAnnual leave (increasing with length of service), private medical insurance, a generous pension scheme (matched up to 9%), the potential to earn bonuses, enhanced maternity/adoption leave, and access to a great range of online and high street discounts. \\n\\nWe also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more! \\n\\nAs a Group FP&A Manager based in our Warwick office (minimum 3 days a week), you’ll be responsible for: \\n\\nManaging the monthly financial Group Board reporting process\\n\\nManaging the Group forecasting process\\n\\nManaging the Group annual budgeting process\\n\\nSupporting Group investor relations activities\\n\\nReviewing business wide investment requests and post investment reviews\\n\\nAd hoc projects around the Group e.g. support with new acquisitions, business integrations and strategic projects\\n\\nThis is a full time, permanent role working Monday-Friday 40 hours a week, with flexible, hybrid working (remotely up to 2 days a week).\\n\\nAnd here’s what we’d like you to have:\\n\\nQualified chartered accountant with professional accountancy qualification (ACA preferred) with post-qualification experience and strong technical accounting knowledge\\n\\nExperience in external audit or in a mid-large organisation that oversees all areas of the Income Statement and Balance Sheet is desirable\\n\\nExperience in investor relations and listed reporting requirements is advantageous\\n\\nStrong Excel skills, financial analysis, and modelling skills with ability to identify key issues\\n\\nExcellent attention to detail, ability to challenge and improve processes, and confidence in managing multiple deadlines independently\\n\\nWe look forward to receiving your application!\\n\\n#ACMM100
