You'll ensure every case is handled with care, professionalism, and fairness—delivering high-quality outcomes while maintaining strong customer trust.\\n\\nWhat you’ll be doing as a Customer Complaints Handler\\n\\nManaging and resolving customer complaints from start to finish\\nWriting clear, well-reasoned final response letters\\nPerforming root cause analysis and suggesting improvements\\nEnsuring compliance with regulatory guidelines\\nWhat we’re looking for in a Customer Complaint Handler\\n\\nProven experience in complaint handling (ideally in a regulated environment)\\nBackground in complaints resolutions, dispute resolution, client concerns, customer exerience\\nSkilled in writing professional final resolution letters\\nStrong communication skills—both written and verbal\\nFamiliarity with FCA regulations (desirable)\\nA proactive, customer-focused mindset\\nWhat’s on offer\\n\\nFull training and ongoing development\\nSupportive, inclusive culture with a good work-life balance\\nOn-site parking and close to Warwick Parkway Station\\nIf you’re passionate about resolving issues with empathy and efficiency, we’d like to hear from you
