Full-Time ABA Tutor – Earl's Court 🌟\\n📍 Location: Earl's Court, London\\n🕒 Hours: Full-time\\n📅 Start Date: September 2025 (Trials commencing immediately)\\n💷 Salary: Competitive, based on experience\\n\\nWe are seeking a passionate and reliable ABA Tutor to join a dedicated support team working 1:1 with a bright and energetic child with autism in Earl's Court. This is a full-time position, starting September 2025, with trial sessions taking place immediately.\\n\\nAbout the Role:\\nYou will be implementing a structured ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) program under the guidance of a qualified Behaviour Analyst. The role involves supporting the child in a home-based setting (and potentially in school), helping to build communication, social, academic, and daily living skills.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\nDeliver ABA-based learning sessions in line with the child's therapy goals\\n\\nTrack progress and record behavioural data during each session\\n\\nWork closely with the BCBA, family, and other team members\\n\\nContribute to a consistent, positive, and nurturing learning environment\\n\\nAttend team meetings, reviews, and relevant training\\n\\nRequirements:\\nA genuine interest in working with children with autism or additional needs\\n\\nPatience, consistency, and a proactive attitude\\n\\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\\n\\nPrevious ABA or SEN experience is highly desirable (training can be provided)\\n\\nMust be available for immediate trial sessions and able to commit long-term\\n\\nBenefits:\\nComprehensive training and regular supervision\\n\\nCareer progression opportunities in behavioural therapy and special education\\n\\nBe part of a collaborative and supportive team\\n\\nMake a meaningful, lasting impact in a child's development\\n\\nAspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
