Full-Time ABA Tutor – Earl\’s Court 🌟 📍 Location: Earl\’s Court, London 🕒 Hours: Full-time 📅 Start Date: September 2025 (Trials commencing immediately) 💷 Salary: Competitive, based on experience We are seeking a passionate and reliable ABA Tutor to join a dedicated support team working 1:1 with a bright and energetic child with autism in Earl\’s Court. This is a full-time position, starting September 2025, with trial sessions taking place immediately. About the Role: You will be implementing a structured ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) program under the guidance of a qualified Behaviour Analyst. The role involves supporting the child in a home-based setting (and potentially in school), helping to build communication, social, academic, and daily living skills. Key Responsibilities: Deliver ABA-based learning sessions in line with the child\’s therapy goals Track progress and record behavioural data during each session Work closely with the BCBA, family, and other team members Contribute to a consistent, positive, and nurturing learning environment Attend team meetings, reviews, and relevant training Requirements: A genuine interest in working with children with autism or additional needs Patience, consistency, and a proactive attitude Strong verbal and written communication skills Previous ABA or SEN experience is highly desirable (training can be provided) Must be available for immediate trial sessions and able to commit long-term Benefits: Comprehensive training and regular supervision Career progression opportunities in behavioural therapy and special education Be part of a collaborative and supportive team Make a meaningful, lasting impact in a child\’s development Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
