Contracts Manager – Flat Roofing\\n Location: Based in North London, covering London & the South East\\n Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 + £7000 car allowance\\n Type: Full-Time | Permanent\\n  \\n About the Role\\n  \\n We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in flat roofing to join a growing contractor with a long-standing reputation in planned works and refurbishment across London and the South East.\\n Based out of the company’s North London office you’ll take the lead on delivering flat roofing projects across a varied portfolio of social housing, local authority and commercial clients. You’ll work alongside another Contracts Manager who oversees pitched roofing, ensuring both divisions are managed efficiently and to high standards.\\n This is a great opportunity to step into a role that combines technical know-how with operational oversight—where your input will directly shape the growth and delivery standards of the roofing division.\\n  \\n Key Responsibilities\\n \\nOversee all aspects of flat roofing projects from pre-construction through to completion \\nManage site teams, labour, materials, subcontractors and programme delivery \\nEnsure quality assurance and H&S compliance are met across all live sites \\nLiaise with clients, consultants, surveyors and internal teams to maintain progress and resolve issues \\nSupport commercial team with variations, valuations and forecasting \\nContribute to tender reviews, planning and resource allocation as the business scales What We're Looking For\\n \\nProven experience managing flat roofing projects, ideally within social housing or public sector frameworks \\nStrong technical understanding of flat roofing systems (e.g. bitumen, single-ply, liquid, warm/cold roofs) \\nComfortable managing multiple live sites across London and the South East \\nGood client-facing skills and a problem-solving mindset \\nAble to work independently but as part of a collaborative team \\nFull UK driving licence What’s on Offer\\n \\n£60,000 – £75,000 salary \\n£7000 Car allowance \\nPermanent role with long-term pipeline of secured work \\nSupportive, growing business with a solid leadership team \\nReal opportunity to shape a key division as the business expands If you’re a confident Roofing Contracts Manager with flat roofing experience and are looking for a role with autonomy, progression and a solid portfolio, we’d love to hear from you.\\n  \\n Apply now or get in touch for a confidential conversation
