Mazco Recruitment is seeking a skilled CNC Miller for a well-established engineering company based in Southall. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced machinist looking for a stable, long-term role on a day shift. Role Overview: You will be responsible for the programming, setting, and operating of a 2-axis milling machine using XYZ Protrak controls. The work is varied and often low batch, requiring a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work from engineering drawings. Key Responsibilities: * Program, set and operate a 2-axis CNC milling machine (XYZ Protrak) * Work from technical drawings to produce precision components * Carry out first-off and in-process inspection * Ensure quality and accuracy of machined parts * Maintain a clean and safe working environment Requirements: * Proven experience in CNC milling using XYZ Protrak controls * Strong understanding of programming and setting machines independently * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working to tight tolerances What’s on Offer: * Competitive hourly rate up to £18.00, depending on experience * Day shift hours with early finish on Fridays * Long-term, stable opportunity in a supportive environment To apply or find out more, please contact MAZCO Recruitment today
