Senior Site Engineer – £45M Student Accommodation Scheme\\nTottenham, North London\\nStrong Tier 2 Main Contractor\\n\\nA respected Tier 2 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to support the delivery of a high-quality £45 million student accommodation scheme in Tottenham, North London.\\n\\nThe development comprises 300 units across 7 storeys, featuring a traditional brick façade, and is being delivered to exacting standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-structured project team on a significant residential-led development in a thriving area of London.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Set out, level, and survey the site in accordance with project specifications\\n\\n * \\n\\n Monitor and manage subcontractor engineering works\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure all engineering documentation is up to date and accurate\\n\\n * \\n\\n Work closely with the site and project management teams to maintain progress\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure health and safety, quality, and environmental standards are met on site\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience as a Site Engineer or Senior Engineer on RC frame or multi-storey residential projects\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong technical knowledge, particularly with traditional façades and student accommodation schemes (preferred)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Relevant engineering qualification (HND, degree or similar)\\n\\n * \\n\\n CSCS card and other relevant site certifications\\n\\nWhat’s on Offer:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Long-term opportunity with a strong, stable contractor\\n\\n * \\n\\n High-quality, well-funded project\\n\\n * \\n\\n Competitive salary or freelance day rate (depending on experience)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Collaborative and supportive site team environment\\n\\nIf you're a skilled engineer looking to step up or continue working at a senior level on a landmark North London project, we want to hear from you
