You will collaborate with the Credit Portfolio Management team, Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management to ensure product compliance and effective client solutions. Responsibilities include: Collaborate with Credit, Compliance, Legal, and other teams to design and monitor CCA regulated products. Ensure effective communication between teams and adherence to regulations. Advise on CCA regulations and their application to credit products. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and strategic growth. Qualifications: Strong interpersonal, investigative, and problem-solving skills. Deep knowledge of UK Consumer Credit Act and lending products. Experience in policy development and process design. Understanding of UK regulatory and economic parameters.
