We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Tester to join one of our large and well-established M&E clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an industrial environment, ensuring electrical systems meet the highest safety and performance standards.
Role Overview:
As an Electrical Tester, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and certifying electrical installations across a variety of industrial sites. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical testing and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment.
- Document and report test results, highlighting any defects or compliance concerns.
- Work closely with engineers and site teams to ensure installations meet safety regulations.
- Maintain and calibrate testing tools and equipment.
- Adhere to risk assessments, method statements, and company safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Industrial experience within electrical testing environments.
