Job Description

Office Manager (technical), 3 days per week

Salary: £25,000 Pro rata'd salary

Location: Newcastle

Immediate Start, 1 Year FTC

I'm working with a central government body looking to hire an office manager with fantastic problem solving skills to join a growing team. This is a great to step to join a government organisation that does some fantastic work and is growing it's presence in the Newcastle office.

The Office Manager will be proficient in the Microsoft suite, confident with technology, able to liaise with suppliers and different internal teams and have a can-do attitude. You will have an important role in the overall organisation of the technical teams, onboarding of new staff members and troubleshooting any technical issues.

Skills required for the Office Manager are:

– Experience working with Microsoft Office, able to troubleshoot basic IT issues

– Great customer service skills, speaking with suppliers and staff members over the phone and face to face

– Experience with Service Now is a benefit

– An expert communicator & Great Enthusiasm
