About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager with deep domain expertise in Card Acquiring to join our team in Basildon.

This is a high-impact role responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing IT/business alignment, and delivering large-scale system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the identification, negotiation, and documentation of business and technical requirements.

Engage early with stakeholders to align IT value with business strategy.

Own end-to-end project lifecycle: business case, scope, requirements, testing, rollout.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and technical teams.

Define “as-is” and “to-be” system architectures and guide transition strategies.

Ensure solution scalability, international capabilities, and adherence to budget.

Drive prioritization, risk mitigation, and conflict resolution in fast-paced environments.

Evangelize business value to IT while resolving user and implementation challenges.

Utilize strong program management tools such as process mapping, use case documentation, and data flow diagrams.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Proven experience as a Project Manager in Card Acquiring domain (Mandatory)

✅ Strong understanding of system architecture, business processes, and SDLC

✅ Effective communicator with executive-level presentation skills

✅ Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities

✅ Experience balancing strategic and tactical project needs

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
