A growing company specialising in the delivery of end-to-end turnkey solutions across the process industries. Following the recent award of a high-profile project, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take the lead and drive it through to successful completion.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a multi-million-pound industrial pipework installation project across multiple factory sites, with a specific focus on purified water systems. This role covers locations along the M4 corridor and offers the opportunity to take full ownership of large-scale mechanical projects in pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle for industrial pipework and purified water system installations
- Review and manage construction contracts, oversee mechanical design coordination
- Develop project programmes, allocate labour, and manage workforce productivity
- Procure materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with purified water standards
- Conduct site surveys, manage site setup, and ensure H&S compliance (RAMS, COSHH)
- Lead client meetings, monitor progress, control budgets, and manage variations
- Supervise Contract Managers and deliver validation/compliance documentation
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing industrial/mechanical engineering projects
- Demonstrable experience with purified water systems (design, installation, validation)
- Strong understanding of pipework systems and factory installations
- Knowledge of industry standards (USP, EP, cGMP) for purified water applications
- Skilled in contract management, project programming, and cost control
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- In-depth H&S knowledge and ability to work across multiple M4 corridor sites

- Competitive salary £70,000-£80,000 with progression opportunities
