IF SO, THIS IS THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU! Thermoforming Tool Setter role available within a well established manufacturer. They offer stable employment, a state of the art working facility and a fast paced environment. Working in support of Production Management and within the tooling team you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient tool changeovers, inspecting first offs and ensuring optimisation of production time and minimising downtime. You will support product launches by helping with the development of tooling and procedures working within a consistent culture of improvements with a focus on ever improving trends on reduced non-conformance and overall output of product. Thermoforming Tool Setter: * Responsible for tool changeovers * Assist on product launches with tooling design and development * Work in a continuous improvements basis to constantly drive for reduced waste * Contribute towards increased productivity The Candidate: * Proven experience within thermoforming machinery tooling development, changeovers and management. * Able to make tooling and process improvements to aid in non conformity reduction and increased productivity. * Willing to work a days and night rotating shift pattern.
