Backed by a major private investment group with a track record of building market leading business’, the company is expanding its footprint and evolving into a broader home services platform. The ambition: to grow into the go-to provider for all in-and-around-the-home services across the UK and Europe. What’s in it for you as the Business Change Project Manager? * You’ll work directly with the CEO and FD on high-impact, board-level projects. * You’ll help lead on key business change and transformation projects that sit across legal, operations and tech. * You’ll have the autonomy to shape how project management is embedded across the business. * You’ll be working on exciting new projects where they’re launching new services to their customers. * You’ll be joining at critical point -perfect for someone who wants to make a mark during a high-growth journey. This isn’t just a delivery rol it’s about driving and defining the change. Key responsibilities include: * Leading complex business change initiatives from planning to implementation. * Supporting legal negotiations and transitioning into a new structure. * Collaborating with senior stakeholders to define objectives and success criteria. * Overseeing customer and systems migrations in partnership with internal tech teams. * Helping to establish project delivery best practices across a scaling organisation. To be successful as the Project Manager, all you need to have is; You’ll need to bring a mix of gravitas, pace, and strategic awareness.
