High Street Law Firm Seeking Litigator for an Established Dispute Resolution Team

The firm are one of the well known names of the Hampshire legal community, with the offices across the Hampshire coast to which they offer legal solutions to both commercial and personal clientele.

If you are a qualified solicitor (or Legal Exec) seeking an interesting role where you will join an existing ream of four solicitors/lawyers that deal with a wide breadth of dispute resolution matters this would present a great opportunity for your career.

The firm are not a "large corporate beast" which means you will be hands on from day one, have excellent support and manage your own caseload of general civil litigation/dispute resolution work which would include but not limited to:

• Landlord and tenant work; both residential and commercial

• Contentious probate

• Boundary and neighbour disputes

The position offers good long term prospects to progress into seniority at what is a very stable and respected firm with low staff turnover. The practice works to "sensible hours" operates on a 9-5 basis and offers good annual leave, plus additional days, healthcare plans, a wealth of wellbeing initiatives and generally like to foster a feeling of staff being genuinely valued overall.
