We are looking for a Commercial Co-ordinator to join our committed team on a full-time, permanent basis with the opportunity to work remotely up to three days per week with Monday and Tuesday onsite.

The Role
As Commercial Co-ordinator, you will support our International Freight Forwarding business, managing commercial activities. In this key role, you will handle daily quotation requests from clients, the wider Yusen network, and internal teams, ensuring all responses meet department KPIs. You’ll engage directly with shipping lines and hauliers to negotiate rates and gather up-to-date pricing, and you’ll contribute to local carrier meetings to support ongoing service development.
Additionally, you will:
- Maintain and share ocean freight tariffs and product tools for team use
- Provide sales support with accurate quotations and service details
About You
To be considered as a Commercial Co-ordinator, you will need:
- Experience and industry knowledge of Ocean Freight operations
- A strong financial understanding (profit and loss)
- Good understanding and knowledge of incoterms
- Good working knowledge of logistics operations
- Excellent numerical, stakeholder management and customer service skills
