Labourer

Permanant, Full timeWe are looking to recruit a Labourer to join our team in Lincoln.About the RoleAs one of our Labourers, youll work to deliver the highest quality service and carry out a variety of technical services tasks.Working efficiently and safely in line with best practice, youll be responsible for undertaking mould treatment and minor damp prevention, toping up loft insulation removing old and new installs , working in both occupied and empty properties. Clearing and cleaning properties, to include external spaces, outside of properties and loft spaces, you will remove all furniture, white goods, carpets and general waste. You will also be required to assist with our Multi-Trade team on large scale works as and when required .About YouPrevious experience as a general labourer is preferred within a social housing environment, however this is not essential.
