What We Offer:

  • Salary of £13.57 per hour
  • Hours of work Mon-Fri 1pm-5pm or Thur 9-5pm and Fri 9-5pm
  • Temporary, ongoing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with established policies and ISO procedures for stock management to maintain appropriate stock levels aligned with customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor stock holdings for selected commodity groups to meet agreed service levels while maintaining target monetary investment in inventory.
  • Coordinate with Trust Discharge Co-Ordinators to facilitate timely patient discharge processes.
  • Authorize electronic purchase orders within agreed authorization limits.
  • Expedite non-catalogue orders to ensure uninterrupted supply to customers.
  • Assist in conducting perpetual stock counts as required.
  • Liaise with Warehouse Receipts and key suppliers to coordinate deliveries and accurately record receipts in the FPL system to ensure prompt supplier payments.

Qualifications:

  • 4 GCSEs (Grades A-C), including English Language, plus 1 year of experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
