Tailored Recruitment are working with an established Manufacturing business in Leeds to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper on a permanent basis.\\n\\nDuties will include\\n\\n * Producing monthly management reports for the Board\\n\\n * Purchase ledger payment runs a\\n\\n * Intercompany invoicing/payments\\n\\n * Reconciling the sales invoices on a monthly basis and providing support to the fee process\\n\\n * All banking and associated tasks including bank reconciliation.\\n\\n * Intercompany invoicing/payments\\n\\n * Ensuring accurate and timely tax compliance and filings (including VAT, Corporation Tax).\\n\\n * Payroll for 3 companies using Sage Payroll\\n\\n * Ensuring all payroll and tax journals are accurately posted and liabilities recorded.\\n\\n * Trustee pension scheme general administration including payroll for retirees and any other payments/arrangements.\\n\\n * Working alongside a purchase ledger assistant and providing support where required.\\n\\nQualifications/Skills\\n\\n * Proven experience as a Bookkeeper/finance officer in a similar organisation.\\n\\n * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.\\n\\n * Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, Xero) is essential.\\n\\n * Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.\\n\\n * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.\\n\\n * Exceptional communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.\\n\\n * Finance/Accounting qualifications (AAT, ACCA, CIMA) are advantageous
