Title: Payroll and Benefits Administrator\\n Location: London – 3 days per week\\n Salary: £30-35,000\\n Contract: Permanent\\n \\n If you want to learn international payroll, please apply! This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure and learn international payrolls. \\n \\n We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team in London.
This role provides vital support to the international payroll function, ensuring that employees across global markets receive accurate and timely pay and benefits services. You will be the first point of contact for a range of employee queries, working closely with the International Payroll and HR teams to deliver high-quality support across the full employee lifecycle.\\n \\n Responsibilities\\n \\nAssist with all stages of the international payroll cycle to ensure efficient processing. \\nCollect and manage weekly timesheets, ensuring they are submitted and processed accurately.
\\nSupport the administration of global employee benefits, tailored to each country’s requirements. \\nBe the go-to person for queries regarding pay, sickness, holiday entitlement and leave payments. \\nOversee the administration of employee benefits such as bonuses and health plans where applicable.
\\nCollaborate with HR colleagues to deliver planned lifecycle events while ensuring compliance with internal policies and local legislation. \\nMake updates and basic changes to employee records as needed. \\nHelp manage the payroll queries inbox, working closely with store managers, concession managers and employees.
\\nLiaise with the external payroll provider to support the smooth running of payroll. \\nProvide occasional support to the UK payroll function when necessary. \\n Requirements:\\n \\nPrevious experience working in a high-volume payroll environment.
\\nFamiliarity with international payroll processes is a plus however not essential. \\nProactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and recognise when to escalate issues. \\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
