Join Cross Keys Homes (CKH) as Procurement Analyst and play a key role in shaping our procurement and contract management standards.\\n\\nAbout the Role\\n\\nAs an Procurement Analyst, you’ll support the Procurement Manager by procuring contracts of a small to medium size whilst embedding procurement best practices. You’ll work across the business to implement contract management standards and ensure compliance with the Procurement Act.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Procuring small and medium size contracts.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure compliance with public sector procurement regulations.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Lead and support procurement and sourcing strategies across multiple categories.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Support procurement projects from planning to execution.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Implement and monitor contract management standards and KPIs.\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience in public sector procurement and contract management.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Skilled in e-tendering tools, supplier analysis, and KPI development.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.\\n\\n * \\n\\n A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.\\n\\nDesirable Qualifications\\n\\n * \\n\\n Membership of (or working towards) CIPS.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Relevant project management qualification (e.g.
