We’re working on an exciting interim opportunity for a Fire Risk  Surveyor to join a progressive housing association team in London. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring building safety compliance through the delivery of high-quality fire risk assessments and fire safety assurance across residential housing stock.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nCarry out Type 1 and Type 3 Fire Risk Assessments on residential properties\\n\\nManage and audit the fire safety performance of contractors and consultants\\n\\nContribute to the development and refinement of fire safety policies and procedures\\n\\nSupport continuous professional development and promote a safety-first culture\\n\\nWork collaboratively with a multidisciplinary fire safety team, including surveyors and compliance office\\nClient requirements:\\n\\nStrong knowledge of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order, Approved Document B, and relevant British Standards\\nMembership of a recognised professional body (e.g., IFE, IFSM, or CABE)\\nExcellent communication and analytical skills\\nApply now
