We’re working on an exciting interim opportunity for a Fire Risk Surveyor to join a progressive housing association team in London. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring building safety compliance through the delivery of high-quality fire risk assessments and fire safety assurance across residential housing stock.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out Type 1 and Type 3 Fire Risk Assessments on residential properties
- Manage and audit the fire safety performance of contractors and consultants
- Contribute to the development and refinement of fire safety policies and procedures
- Support continuous professional development and promote a safety-first culture
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary fire safety team, including surveyors and compliance office
