Responsibilities include: Understanding business issues and challenges in Transportation operations; identifying strengths and weaknesses; suggesting improvements Mapping business requirements, analyzing workflows, designing solutions, and preparing functional specifications Developing performance metrics, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to improve Customer Experience Applying industry best practices to solve business problems Designing and implementing enterprise-wide programs for performance and cycle time improvements Additional responsibilities: Developing standard operating procedures Setting and meeting operational goals, strategic planning, and forecasting Leading teams of analysts, program managers, or area managers Driving process improvements Desired Skills and Experience3+ years of employee and performance management experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays 1+ years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques Amazon\’s inclusive culture empowers employees to deliver excellent results.
