We are currently recruiting for an experienced Structural Steel Fabricator to join a well-established engineering company. This is a full-time, long-term position with a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate. The role offers the chance to work with a professional and growing team specialising in the fabrication of large structural steel components for construction and industrial projects.

Duties will include:

  • Fabricating structural steel from drawings (e.g., beams, columns, platforms)
  • Using MIG welding and fabrication tools
  • Cutting, drilling, and preparing materials
  • Working to high-quality standards in a busy workshop environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with structural steel
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Proficient in MIG welding and fabrication processes
  • Reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Own PPE preferred

Details:

  • Location: Lincoln
  • Pay: £16.00 - £17.00/hour (depending on experience)
