One of the UK’s leading high street retailers, is undergoing a bold transformation — rethinking every step of the customer journey across their omni-channel landscape. They're looking for a Director of Strategy & Transformation who can take vision and turn it into action.
What You’ll Do
You’ll drive strategic thinking and transformation across the business — from concept through to execution — with a sharp focus on customer experience:
- Lead cross-functional strategic transformation across retail and e-commerce channels
- Own customer journey strategy and bring it to life — from whiteboard to shop floor
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with stakeholders from the COO to in-store colleagues
- Operate in ambiguity — shaping initiatives mid-flight, aligning fragmented efforts, and pulling it all together
- Identify blockers to customer delivery and solve them with pace, clarity and conviction
- Embed a “customer-first” mindset into everything you do
What We’re Looking For
- A strategic leader with a consultancy mindset — comfortable shaping ideas and making them real
- Proven track record in retail and e-commerce transformation — customer journey experience is essential
- A problem-solver, highly skilled at navigating ambiguity and aligning disparate programmes
- Able to influence and inspire across all levels — from execs to front-line teams
