Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily floor and bar operations to ensure seamless service
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
• Maintain poise and efficiency during peak trading hours and late nights
• Support with recruitment, induction, training, and rota management
• Foster strong communication between floor, bar, and kitchen teams
• Champion a guest-focused culture with enthusiasm and attention to detail
