Junior Convertible Bonds Analyst

We\’re working exclusively with a high-performing fund manager at a top-tier investment firm to help hire a Junior Analyst to support their convertible bond portfolio across Europe and Asia. This is an exciting opportunity to enter a highly specialized and intellectually rigorous space—convertible bond arbitrage—without needing prior product experience.What we\’re looking for:2–3 years’ experience in investment banking or corporate financeStrong technical grounding in financial modeling and valuationGenuine interest in public markets and event-driven investingWillingness to learn a niche product and grow under close mentorshipFemale candidates strongly encouraged to apply (diversity-driven search)No prior convertible bond experience needed – the space is narrow, and the client will provide full training on both the product and the strategy.
