Legal Operations Analyst

A leading international law firm is hiring a Legal Operations Analyst to join their growing innovation team. The role focuses on enabling lawyers to work more efficiently by supporting the adoption of cutting-edge tools like generative AI, HighQ, document automation, and workflow platforms.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting lawyers with the day-to-day use of innovation tools
• Delivering training and acting as a subject matter expert
• Driving awareness and adoption of legal technology firm-wide
• Helping to design and implement tech solutions on live matters

Experience & Skills:

• Strong attention to detail, organised, and able to prioritise
• Confident communicator, able to explain tech clearly to all levels
• Passionate about innovation and improving legal services
• Background in or close collaboration with legal teams
• Interest in legal tech and how it enhances legal delivery
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ideally experienced in law firms, legal tech tools, or project work
• Bonus: experience providing training or support on new systems
