• Pre-acquisition due diligence
• Technical due diligence (TDD)
• Dilapidations (landlord and tenant side)
• Planned preventive maintenance strategies (PPMs)
• Reinstatement cost assessments and building pathology
• Youll work on landmark buildings and high-profile portfolios, often within the prime office, mixed-use, and retail sectors.
